Offer
The exposure of products in our online-shop is no binding
offer but a non-binding catalogue. By clicking the "confirm
order" button you transfer a legally binding purchase of the
articles in your shopping cart. The reply of your incoming order
will be sent to your mailaddress. By receiving the email or the articles the
purchase is effective.
Protection of minors
According to the German Law it is not allowed to sell alcohol to
children. By purchasing alcoholic liquors you confirm beeing
over 18 Years old. For legitimation reasons it is necessary to

Payment
We deliver with pre-payment through money-transfer to our
account, or payment by credit card, or by cash upon delivery.
Individualized conditions can be arranged for business clientele.

ALTAMEX ´ warranty terms are in compliance with applicable
German statutory laws.
Cancellation
You may cancel your contract for any reason within two weeks
from the beginning of the agreement via: Letter, Fax, Email or
through return of the purchase. The contract term begins from
activation and receipt of these instructions. To ensure you act
within this cancellation period, be sure to request a cancellation
or return the merchandise in a timely manner. All returns and or

Returns/Cancellation
Procedure after cancellation the act of sale will be considered
invalidated. Both parties must return the received benefits and
merchandise. If you are unable to return the product(s) in
complete condition, or if you return it in a worse condition than
when received, you are responsible for compensation. You can
avoid this by not using the product in any way that might affect its quality.
